Management has been encouraging and agile with my career progression, and it is clear they are receptive to positive change. Further, I greatly appreciate IFT’s effort to support mental wellbeing and mindfulness, especially the weekly meditations. It is such an important part of health overall and has positively impacted my outlook on balancing work and life.

From day one it was clear to me that I had found a company that was genuinely committed to providing the support, and tools necessary, to enhance my skills and promote growth within the company. Weekly employee coaching sessions are primarily focused on how management can improve staff support.

The company culture has impressed me most while working at IFT. The management team ensures each team member is equipped to succeed, and has the opportunity to develop both personally, and professionally.

Working for IFT has been a great experience. I continue to learn new things everyday while confronting different situations and challenges. The management team have been excellent to work with. They are very supportive and provide guidance and understanding. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and you can tell they work very hard to keep it that way, I highly recommend a career with IFT!

IFT has given me the opportunity to use my current skillset to its fullest. I have seen so many opportunities for growth within the company and a management team that is truly dedicated to helping me work towards my career goals along the way.

It’s been an educational and fun-filled experience working for IFT for the past year. I am given the ability to work closely with other departments and that provides opportunities to learn and grow.
